  •  Because each order is customized, orders take 6 business days to be dispatched.
  •  We will make our best efforts to fulfill orders promptly, but please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify customers about any significant delays.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

  • Customers may be eligible for returns if they encounter any of the following issues:
  • Defective or damaged products upon receipt.
  • Incorrect items received.
  • Inaccurate product customization.
  1. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the order, providing relevant details and supporting evidence such as photographs.
  • Our customer support team will guide customers through the return process, which may include returning the item(s) to your nearest Rolla Branch or by shipping company.
  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  1. Refunds:

  • Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
